1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered after delivery may not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Customized or personalized products (unless they arrived damaged or defective)
3. Exchanges

We recommend placing a new order for the replacement item to ensure availability, then returning the original item for a refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company first, then reach out to us.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item following the guidelines above.
